Term One Overview

This term has been extremely fun and educational. I have learnt so much about the Treaty of Waitangi. At the start of this term, all I knew about the treaty was that it gave us a long weekend. Now, I could probably write a whole speech about it. I think I've improved in my maths, learning more strategies to help me solve equations. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading and write, although the tests had me a little worried. I loved this terms inter-house challenge. Touch rugby? Great idea. Although it's a shame that Oreti didn't win, I can defiantly say that it was enjoyable. To wrap it up, we watched August Rush, a movie about how music is all around us. I enjoyed this term and hope that term two is just  as good, possibly even better. A big, huge thank you to my teacher, Ms Mynes, and my classmates.
